Telephone Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-quality telephone interviews on behalf of clients and the research team.

• Adhere to guided scripts throughout the interviews.

• Accurately record responses.

• Reach out to recent UK university graduates and other participants for government and social research studies.

• Establish rapport with respondents.

• Listen attentively and pose relevant questions.

• Gather information to support research initiatives.

• Schedule weekly shifts via the shift booking portal.

• Complete a paid live trial and training program.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with a diverse range of individuals.

• Confidence in using a computer and accurately recording information.

• Dependability and the ability to meet targets.

• Ideally, some experience in phone-based customer service, sales, or a similar role, though not mandatory.

• Comprehensive training will be provided.

• A quiet workspace at home.

• Access to a computer or laptop.

• A USB headset.

• An Ethernet connection.

• Must be able to work from a UK location.

• Successful completion of application knockout criteria, virtual video assessment, and paid live trial training.
