
Telemedicine Primary Care Provider

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Provide primary care for adults via telemedicine.
• Establish and manage patient panels through provider empanelment.
• Deliver high-quality, continuous care to patients.
• Conduct two-way video and audio appointments ranging from 15 to 30 minutes.
• Diagnose and treat a wide array of adult and primary care conditions.
• Prescribe medications, including those classified as Schedule II.
• Create recurring schedules throughout a 7-day week, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with patient care advocates and the licensed medical clinical team for patient care and follow-up.
• Concentrate on patient care while the practice aids in understanding insurance coverage.
• Completion of an accredited nursing or medical program with national certification.
• Active license in at least one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, or WA.
• Capability to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• Valid DEA Registration in good standing for all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2.
• Applicants must be residents of the United States of America.
• High level of technical proficiency with software.
• Commitment to evidence-based medical practices.
• Openness to learning how to diagnose and treat various adult and primary care conditions.
• A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac model newer than 2020.
• Experience as a primary care provider in a clinical environment is preferred.
• At least 3 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• A minimum of 2 years of post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Physicians.
• Flexibility to establish recurring schedules across any combination of days, including evenings and weekends.
• Assistance from patient care advocates.
• Support from a licensed medical clinical team.
• Access to a proprietary HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Two-way video and audio telemedicine appointments.
• In-network coverage with the majority of PPO insurance plans.
• Fee-for-service compensation structure.
• Comprehensive incentive program for MDs/DOs.
