This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide education to patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methodologies.
• Keep precise, up-to-date patient records and ensure timely completion of charting.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, involving consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• Board Certification: Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an autonomous provider with robust diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Webside Manner: An innate ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care grounded in current clinical research.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• State License Requirements and Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
