This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Complete mandatory training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise, current patient records and ensure timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.

• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week of patient-facing activities, including consultations and medical advice, prescribing when clinically appropriate.


⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certification: Must hold an active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or a related qualification.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with robust diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity.

• Webside Manner: An innate ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing various platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• State License Requirements and Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is necessary.
