Telehealth Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging virtual sessions based on motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity, and behavior change science.

• Establish genuine client relationships that foster enduring and transformative change.

• Coach clients across the four pillars of wellness: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress, integrating these aspects into their mindset.

• Convert clinical knowledge into practical breakthroughs for clients’ energy levels, metabolism, and overall well-being.

• Oversee your adaptable schedule and session objectives in a dynamic, supportive remote environment.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation in accordance with HIPAA-compliant standards.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on your success and continuous development.

• Deliver professional dietetic care exclusively to Dietitian Live clients as part of your role within the organization.

• Actively build and sustain a full client schedule by engaging both organization-provided clients and outreach leads. Take ownership of key performance metrics to enhance client outcomes and program success, including: achieving a show rate target of 80% or higher, ensuring session quality with 90% of sessions lasting 53+ minutes, maintaining consistent weekly client attendance in line with your flexible schedule goals, and retaining no more than three client drop-offs per month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing is an advantage).

• Possess experience or internship training, with a strong passion for client-centered, transformative care.

• Proficient in (or eager to learn) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach, and lifestyle coaching.

• A natural relationship-builder who excels in a virtual environment and appreciates deep connections with clients and colleagues.
