Telehealth Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging virtual sessions grounded in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity, and behavior change science.

• Foster authentic relationships with clients that facilitate enduring transformations.

• Coach clients through the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress, integrating these into their mindset.

• Convert clinical knowledge into practical breakthroughs for clients regarding energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

• Manage a flexible schedule and session objectives within a dynamic, supportive remote environment.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with HIPAA-compliant standards.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team committed to your success and continuous professional development.

• Deliver professional dietetics care exclusively to Dietitian Live clients as part of your responsibilities within the company.

• Actively build and maintain a full client schedule by engaging both company-provided clients and leads sourced by the organization.

• Take ownership of key performance metrics to enhance client outcomes and program success, including: achieving a show rate target of 80% or higher, ensuring 90% of sessions last 53+ minutes, maintaining consistent weekly client attendance in line with your flexible schedule goals, and client retention with no more than three drop-offs per month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing is a plus).

• Have experience or internship training, with a strong passion for client-centered, transformative care.

• Possess skills in (or a willingness to master) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach, and lifestyle coaching.

• Be a natural relationship-builder who excels in a virtual environment and values deep connections with clients and teammates.
