Telehealth Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging virtual sessions grounded in motivational interviewing, neuroplasticity, and the science of behavior change.

• Foster genuine client relationships that facilitate enduring, long-term transformation.

• Coach clients across the four wellness pillars: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress, integrating these elements into their mindset.

• Convert clinical expertise into practical breakthroughs for clients' energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

• Effectively manage your flexible schedule and session objectives in a dynamic, supportive remote environment.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team that is invested in your success and continuous development.

• Provide professional dietetic care exclusively to Dietitian Live clients as part of your role within the organization.

• Actively build and sustain a full client schedule by engaging both company-assigned clients and outreach leads provided by the organization.

• Take ownership of and actively manage key performance metrics to enhance client outcomes and program success, including: achieving a show rate target of 80% or higher, maintaining session quality with 90% of sessions lasting 53 minutes or more, ensuring consistent weekly client attendance aligned with your flexible scheduling goals, and retaining no more than three client drop-offs per month.

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with active credentials (multi-state licensing is a plus).

• Experienced or internship-trained, with a strong passion for client-centered, transformative care.

• Proficient in (or enthusiastic about mastering) motivational interviewing, a mindset-first approach, and lifestyle coaching.

• A natural relationship-builder who excels in a virtual environment and values profound connections with clients and teammates.
