Telehealth Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on enhancing the health and wellness of members through tele-pharmacy services.

• Aid in the creation and implementation of clinical outreach program(s).

• Deliver telehealth coaching to members as part of new program initiatives.

• Maintain regular remote communication with both members and prescribers.

• Assist department leadership by providing clinical resources and recommendations.

• Oversee certified pharmacy technicians and pharmacy interns from a clinical perspective.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a PharmD degree is mandatory.

• Must possess current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the capability to obtain reciprocity within 4 months.

• Preferred: 2 years of clinical experience with direct consultation experience.

• Preferred: Experience leading a clinical call center.

• Preferred: Experience as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

• Preferred: Professional experience in the PBM industry.

• Preferred: Familiarity with relevant data privacy practices and laws.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is essential.

• Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
