Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – Sleep Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual consultations for patients via video, phone, or chat, focusing on urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health.

• Gather patient medical histories, conduct virtual examinations, and assess and diagnose prevalent medical and behavioral health issues.

• Create and communicate evidence-based treatment strategies while educating patients on their health.

• Collaborate with fellow providers by utilizing thorough charting and messaging.

• Provide exceptional, patient-focused, and compassionate care while achieving productivity targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Seeking Nurse Practitioners with 10 or more state licenses.

• Preferred licenses in states such as AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, IN, MD, MN, NC, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, and VA.

• Must possess a current and active APRN medical license.

• Hold a national certification in family practice from ANCC, AANP, or another nationally recognized certifying body.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room care.

• At least 1 year of experience in telemedicine or virtual care is required.

• Availability to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week.
