Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous clinical evaluations, assessments, and treatments for patients within licensed states.

• Prescribe necessary medications when appropriate.

• Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

• Operate under the general oversight of the Executive Director of Medical Services.

• Complete credentialing, onboarding, and training processes.

• Ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office and adhere to HIPAA regulations, compliance standards, and company policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP).

• A minimum of 30 state licenses is required; 40 or more is preferred.

• Possession of a Nursing Compact License.

• Individual NPI number is necessary.

• Active Prescriptive Authority for Medications is required.

• Excellent communication and diagnostic capabilities.

• Preference for independent practice authority in California.

• Ability to provide care within states of licensure.

• Must have valid U.S. work authorization; sponsorship is not available.

• Adequate home internet speed is required.

• A secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace that is free from distractions is necessary.

• Successful completion of credentialing, onboarding, and training programs is required.

• Compliance with HIPAA regulations, standards, and all company policies and procedures is expected.
