Telehealth LPCC, LMFT, LCSW – California Licensed, Spanish Bilingual Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapy through telehealth services, primarily focusing on Workers Comp patients, veterans, surgical patients, seniors, and others.

• Interact with clients using evidence-based therapeutic methods, with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Assist individuals in overcoming mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, PTSD, grief, loneliness, and more.

• Maintain a flexible schedule of around 20 sessions per week, with opportunities for quick expansion.

• Potential to transition into full-time roles as the practice grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid California LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW license.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a strong confidence in delivering virtual therapy.

• Solid understanding of CBT and other therapeutic approaches.

• Proficient in navigating electronic health records (EHR), specifically AthenaOne; training will be provided.

• Capability to foster a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment for clients.

• Ability to provide therapy in Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory.
