This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance during Telehealth sessions as well as on social media platforms.
• Conduct intake assessments that encompass documentation such as Mental Status Exams, Biopsychosocial evaluations, PHQ-9 or 2, GAD, CSSRS Risk Assessment, and more.
• Maintain an average availability of 18 hours per week, aiming to bill over 15 hours weekly.
• Provide at least 3 evening appointments each week.
• Skillfully develop and implement treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Finalize progress notes within 24 hours following the service rendered.
• Complete a daily timesheet that accurately reflects the billable hours worked.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate documentation of client charts.
• Prepare discharge summaries as mandated by insurance requirements.
• Build strong rapport with clients to promote a healthy professional relationship.
• Utilize sound clinical and professional judgment in all interactions.
• Over 3 years of full-time experience in a clinical setting.
• Fully licensed as a Professional Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist in the State of Virginia.
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Prior clinical experience in or developing expertise in one of the following specialty areas: Christian counseling, couples & families, children & adolescents, or trauma.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, critical thinking abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage caseloads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize challenges and deliver effective solutions.
