This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Performing behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Processes.
• Creating case supervision and clinical management plans.
• Designing and executing an ABA Treatment Plan.
• Consulting with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding concerns from clients and families.
• Choosing suitable stimulus materials and treatment methods based on the age and abilities of the individuals served.
• Involving clients and families in establishing treatment goals and educating families on specific treatment strategies and skills for the client/family.
• Providing clear and concise instructions for presenting materials and/or techniques during therapy sessions.
• Accurately documenting and monitoring daily progress for clients and families.
• Effectively utilizing session time to achieve objectives.
• Delivering prompt and accurate feedback to the client and/or family.
• Planning the discharge process for individuals served.
• BCBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) certification.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
• A minimum of two years of experience working with a pediatric population.
• At least two years of experience in an applied setting, involved in functional assessments/analyses, the creation and execution of functional behavior plans, as well as the continuous oversight and modification of such programs.
• Membership in specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations is strongly encouraged.
• Over one year of Telehealth supervision experience.
• Must be located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO.
• Availability to work between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm MT.
