This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Reception and qualification of incoming event inquiries
• Scheduling consultation appointments for our event management team
• Providing initial information about our service offerings
• Following up on open inquiries until the agreed-upon date
• Experience in telephone customer support, preferably in outbound roles
• Passion for events and gatherings
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor on the phone
• Structured approach to work and excellent organizational skills
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written
• Option to work from home after successfully completing the probation period
• Flexible part-time hours – 10 to 20 hours per week by arrangement
• A well-coordinated, motivated team with extensive expertise and passion
