This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Review vendor invoices against signed contracts, order forms, and internal monitoring tools to detect billing discrepancies.
• Oversee the analysis of vendor network performance reports for any service interruptions that violate contractual availability.
• Collaborate directly with vendors to address and resolve any billing discrepancies and related issues.
• Report on group spending monthly to recognize trends and pinpoint areas for potential cost reductions and focus.
• Present financial analysis findings to the Client.
• Create audit reports utilizing online spreadsheets.
• Summarize findings in audit reports using online spreadsheets.
• Suggest new audit projects that could lead to cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify efficiencies within processes.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Build networks with senior internal and external personnel within your area of expertise.
• Exhibit sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve solutions.
• Experience in telecom auditing.
• Self-motivated individual capable of taking responsibility for projects and seeing them through to completion, while also contributing as part of a larger team.
• Possess expert-level Excel skills, including knowledge of pivot tables, vlookups/formulas, and charts.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
