This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Evaluate telecommunications order requests for wireless, voice, and data services across office locations.
• Oversee and track all elements of the delivery and installation process from initiation to completion.
• Interact with customers through phone calls (or email as necessary).
• Update relevant team members and management on the status of ongoing orders.
• Address billing concerns.
• Keep the order and circuit inventory updated in the designated databases.
• Liaise with telecommunication and cabling vendors for domestic orders.
• Identify potential jeopardy situations and escalate them within the vendor organization for resolution.
• Document issues and the steps taken clearly and concisely within the appropriate tracking systems (ServiceNow, Asignet).
• Communicate effectively with fellow team members.
• Respond positively and proactively to requests from peers.
• Clearly communicate jeopardy situations to management for necessary escalation or assistance.
• Act as the primary contact for straightforward circuit orders related to Domestic Field Office projects.
• Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure a successful transition.
• Manage all telecommunications-related issues affecting the project, including but not limited to delivery, installation, and testing of circuits.
• Escalate issues appropriately for support.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• BS degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience is required.
• Prior vendor management experience is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in circuit provisioning is needed.
• A basic technical and telecommunications background is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service abilities are necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
