Teknisk Helpdeskingeniør – midlertidig kontrakt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Provide support and coaching for dealers with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting.

• Assist with recommendations for ongoing troubleshooting efforts.

• Communicate directly with the client's development team.

• Conduct daily follow-ups on current issues.

• Report product deviations to the client.

• Engage in continuous skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical experience is essential; candidates should possess a technician degree or equivalent.

• Automotive or technical education (high school diploma or equivalent).

• Strong understanding of diagnostic systems and software.

• Significant experience from an authorized brand workshop.

• Good knowledge of IT, electronics, and troubleshooting.

• Engaged and analytical problem solver.

• Communicative and service-oriented.

• Fluent in both English and Danish.
