This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Deliver daily technical assistance and system management across a variety of business platforms.
• Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and subscription services.
• Resolve Outlook and Microsoft 365 email-related issues.
• Set up and maintain Exchange Online mailboxes effectively.
• Facilitate user account creation, password resets, and access control.
• Provide support for the administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Monitor the health of Microsoft 365 systems and address technical problems.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS records, including A, MX, TXT, CNAME, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Handle domain registrations and renewals.
• Identify and resolve domain connectivity and email routing challenges.
• Coordinate domain migrations as necessary.
• Ensure accurate DNS configurations for business applications and email services.
• Oversee GoDaddy hosting and domain accounts.
• Assist in the installation and renewal of SSL certificates.
• Provide remote technical assistance for hardware, software, email, and cloud-related matters.
• Document support tickets, solutions, and frequent issues.
• Uphold security best practices within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Create and revise technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in business IT support.
• Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience in managing Exchange Online and Outlook email systems.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting DNS records and domains.
• Experience administering GoDaddy accounts.
• Familiarity with supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.
• Solid understanding of business IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
