EIT Engineering Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Propel the advancement of enterprise authentication and federation experiences.

• Oversee a team dedicated to the design, development, and scaling of authentication solutions.

• Collaborate closely with architecture, infrastructure, security, and application development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Computer Sciences or equivalent professional experience.

• 5 years of experience with information technology concepts, application development, and/or enterprise system maintenance methodologies, terminology, and standards.

• 5 years of experience in systems maintenance and/or programming.

• 3 years of advanced working knowledge of at least one programming language and/or one enterprise system currently utilized at BCBST.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
