This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide assistance to our clients via phone, email, remote access, and/or chat;
• During the support process, diagnose reported errors and offer effective solutions;
• Log received requests in the platform, ensuring the accurate recording of client information and service details;
• Guide and clarify doubts regarding the solutions offered and current legislation in the accounting field.
• Degree in progress or completed in accounting, human resources, or related fields;
• Strong communication skills;
• Knowledge of payroll processing;
• Proficiency in computer skills;
• Previous experience in customer support;
• Familiarity with E-Social;
• Understanding of DCTF Web;
• Experience with admissions and terminations;
• Knowledge of calculations for vacation, 13th salary, and benefits;
• Familiarity with Sefip/Gfip;
• Experience in technical support.
