This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Address technical inquiries via chat related to HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and other company platforms within established service level agreements.
• Manage the support queue from start to finish: assess incoming inquiries, prioritize them effectively, minimize ongoing work, and avert backlog accumulation.
• Proactively escalate blocked or high-risk issues rather than allowing them to stagnate.
• Assist with routine operational tasks and HubSpot administration, which includes workflows, automations, and reporting.
• Create and sustain automations across platforms like Slack, Aircall, Stripe, Zoom, and other systems.
• Enhance internal processes using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Google Apps Script.
• Recognize repetitive tasks and consistently seek opportunities for streamlining or automating them.
• Background in technical support, CRM operations, system administration, or a comparable hands-on position.
• Authentic enthusiasm for AI-assisted workflows along with practical experience using AI to enhance work quality or efficiency.
• Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Apps Script.
• Proven track record of managing a high-volume task queue or ticket workload consistently.
• Strong self-prioritization capabilities and the ability to make informed decisions when multiple requests appear urgent.
• Excellent asynchronous communication practices, including timely responses during working hours and proactive follow-ups.
• Ability to swiftly learn new tools and troubleshoot independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written communication skills and confidence in engaging with non-technical stakeholders.
