This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Offer first-line technical assistance to customers through email, phone, and online channels.
• Conduct software training sessions both remotely and at client sites around the globe.
• Develop and sustain robust working relationships with current and potential clients.
• Evaluate customer environments and challenges to pinpoint technical issues and create integrated solutions.
• Record workflows, standard operating procedures, and technical knowledge for both internal and client use.
• Assist in marketing and sales efforts, including involvement in international conferences and exhibitions.
• Deliver expert consultancy services as experience and expertise grow within the role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hydrography, Geomatics, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience in hydrographic surveying.
• Familiarity with hydrographic software such as EIVA, Hypack, QPS, HIPS, and SIPS, or similar tools.
• Proficient in scripting languages, with Python being preferred.
• Strong presentation abilities and confidence in delivering training to varied audiences.
• Proficient in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Must be a citizen of the United States (due to client, regulatory, or project requirements).
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25–30%).
• Exceptional interpersonal, cross-cultural communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
