
TechOps Engineer – Observability, AI Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Observability & Automation – Establish dashboards and alerts; automate repetitive ticket processes through scripting.
• RCA & Support Insights – Engage in Root Cause Analyses; document user pain points on a weekly basis; suggest product enhancements.
• Agent & Skill Prototyping – Develop a lightweight agent (e.g., a Telegram bot) featuring at least one reusable skill (such as log fetching or health checks).
• ITSM / Tools (optional) – Streamline a minor workflow within incident management tools.
• Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; proficiency in Linux and scripting languages (Shell/Python); basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong documentation skills – capable of producing actionable runbooks.
• Empathy and product-oriented mindset – focused on enhancing user experience based on support insights.
• Fundamental understanding of agents and their functionalities.
• Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD processes, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with MLOps projects.
• Experience in building a simple LLM agent or defining skills using frameworks like LangChain or function calling.
• Experience with TSM tools.
