• Address complex identity challenges

• Serve as a senior escalation point, diagnosing intricate IAM and system issues while ensuring smooth service delivery

• Design and enhance identity solutions

• Propel enhancements across identity platforms, access management frameworks, and cloud-based services

• Uphold secure and dependable systems

• Guarantee uptime and performance through monitoring, automation, patching, and best practices in access control

• Lead incident response initiatives

• Manage critical incidents by triaging effectively and restoring service while identifying opportunities for long-term improvements

• Enhance knowledge and automation processes

• Create documentation, SOPs, and automation scripts to boost consistency and efficiency

• Proven proficiency in Identity and Access Management within complex technical environments

• Extensive experience with modern cloud and workplace platforms

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across large-scale systems

• Demonstrated ability to design and support scalable technical solutions

• Experience working with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud environments

• Ability to quickly adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
