This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Deliver Level 1 technical support by managing and resolving support tickets in accordance with SLA targets.
• Organize and prioritize incoming support requests, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
• Assist with customer deliverables and project tasks as directed by team leaders.
• Keep precise documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in the continuous enhancement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the agility and automation initiatives under the guidance of team leaders.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of automation workflows utilizing Power Platform and other tools.
• Support testing, deployment, and documentation of new automation capabilities.
• Help manage and support the A&O Business Hub platform and its related integrations.
• Enhance scripting and automation skills through practical project involvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members located in the UK, India, and Kenya.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations roles.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure fundamentals, and Windows environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Basic knowledge of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts.
• Interest in automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar), and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
