This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the successful implementation of product and project deliverables for clients.

• Guide Agile teams towards enhanced levels of effectiveness.

• Cultivate psychologically safe environments for teams.

• Propel continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.

• Lead a development team while working closely with other departments.

• Ensure products are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in scope.

• Serve as the representative and advocate for the Agile team at the program level.

• Build strong relationships and drive positive transformations.

• Maintain a keen awareness of team health, morale, and engagement.

• Establish and uphold a culture of ongoing improvement (kaizen).

• Align team actions with product vision and business objectives.

• Encourage effective and transparent communication among teams and stakeholders.

• Monitor and share team performance goals and metrics, including velocity and capacity.

• Advocate for a customer-centric approach by ensuring team decisions provide significant customer value.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 to 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., delivery manager, scrum master, project manager, product owner) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to interact professionally with a diverse array of stakeholders.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating with or managing fully remote teams.

• Proactive problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

• Experience leading teams without formal authority and nurturing accountability.

• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and scope.

• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Passion for education and experience in an educational or product-driven setting.

• Proficient in Agile and other development or project management methodologies.

• Experience coaching Agile teams and enhancing team maturity beyond basic facilitation.

• Experience creating psychologically safe, high-performing team environments.

• Strong grasp of delivery metrics and experience leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

• Ability to manage the complete lifecycle of delivery risks, from identification to resolution.

• Experience collaborating across teams to manage dependencies and optimize system-wide delivery outcomes.

• Experience working with software development teams and Agile software development lifecycle processes.
