This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.
• Collaborate across various teams within the organization.
• Perform privacy impact assessments/DPIAs for programs, systems, advertising and marketing initiatives, digital platforms and assets, as well as vendor services.
• Offer practical and comprehensible compliance guidance to partners throughout the organization on a daily basis.
• Document Records of Processing Activities, data mapping, Service Provider and Controller-Processor Data Processing Agreements, and other essential documentation for the global Privacy & Technology Compliance Program.
• Stay informed about global privacy and technology legal requirements, identifying regulatory implications through research on new regulations, sanctions, or findings.
• Recognize recurring technology/privacy compliance inquiries and requests, and devise proactive strategies to minimize one-off requests through training, guidelines, or other methods.
• Maintain privacy-related notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes within the Privacy and Technology Compliance Program.
• Develop and sustain compliance playbooks for business and DTS partner utilization.
• Analyze trends and systematic issues, preparing reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support digital and web teams in advising and tracking privacy requirements.
• Create both foundational and role-specific privacy and technology compliance training for K-C employees and contractors.
• As necessary, track, manage, and fulfill Subject Access Requests and other privacy-related inquiries.
• Assist Privacy Counsel and the Data Privacy Officer with auditing technology compliance contract terms, including privacy, security, and AI.
• At least three years of experience in privacy, technology compliance or governance, or a related field.
• A professional privacy certification such as CIPP is highly preferred.
• Additional IT-related certifications, such as Security+, are advantageous.
• Paralegal experience in reviewing contractual terms and managing legal matters is a plus.
• Experience in Information Security, digital marketing, e-commerce, or other IT functions is beneficial.
• Proficient communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, are required due to the global scope of this position.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking multiple languages is an advantage.
