Technology Analyst – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate API/Webhook integrations among Sankhya, Anymarket, and various marketplaces.

• Aid in the upkeep of the Intelipost integration, which encompasses shipping, route planning, and tracking functionalities.

• Manage routines and modifications within the Sankhya environment.

• Assist with database modeling and upkeep, focusing on queries, data integrity, and business intelligence.

• Engage in automation initiatives that involve AI and LLM APIs.

• Analyze logs and address any synchronization issues encountered.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in system integrations, e-commerce, or ERP systems.

• Proficient in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).

• Familiarity with integration hubs and/or logistics platforms.

• Skilled in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, C#, or Java).

• Experience utilizing AI for business processes and automation.

• Practical knowledge of the Sankhya ERP system is mandatory.

• Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), BI tools (Power BI), and marketplace operations.

• Background in developing APIs and web services using frameworks and technologies such as REST, GraphQL, or similar.

• Strong understanding of marketplace platforms (Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Shopee).

• In-depth knowledge of AI, including integration via OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, workflow automation, and predictive analytics.

• Familiarity with integration hubs (Anymarket, Hub2b).
