This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing remote support for interfaces and related systems

• Installation and configuration of our interfaces tailored to customer specifications

• Close collaboration with our clients, as well as colleagues from development, consulting, and third-party system manufacturers

• Occasional participation in on-call duty

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science / Medical Informatics or relevant IT training with professional experience

• Strong analytical skills; structured and goal-oriented approach

• Proficient in handling relational databases (SQL) and operating systems (Linux, Windows)

• Knowledge of hospital internal processes and communication in healthcare (HL7, FHIR) is desirable but not mandatory

• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Willingness to learn new things to independently develop solutions to problems

• Very good German and good English language skills, both spoken and written
