Technical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to the customer's commercial sales team in the field, focusing on braking systems and components.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with the customer’s commercial sales team to enhance business retention and growth, as well as to explore lost and potential accounts.

• Assist the customer’s commercial sales team by coordinating travel into specific markets.

• Conduct visits to installer customers alongside accounts and sales managers.

• Deliver both technical and non-technical presentations regarding brake systems, components, and installations to varied audiences.

• Facilitate training sessions that cover both technical and non-technical aspects in diverse environments.

• Address and resolve any customer-related issues concerning the brake system, manufacturer, and industry.

• Stay informed on industry updates and communicate concerns to internal stakeholders.

• Visit customer locations to foster relationships with teams and gather additional field feedback.

• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) to multiple locations across the US.

• Participate in annual internal company training sessions with corporate, R&D, and manufacturing sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (service departments, dealerships, vehicle maintenance, etc.) or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Technical automotive experience in Brake Systems / Repair; State or ASE/Master Certifications are advantageous.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
