This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Facilitate technical training sessions at both regional and national customer sales meetings, as well as at trade shows.
• Accompany customer commercial sales managers on ride-alongs to educate and promote brake pads to their clientele.
• Deliver technical presentations on brake pads to diverse audiences, encompassing both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns related to brake pad compatibility and functionality during visits.
• Foster and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
• Engage in extensive travel (up to 75%) across various locations in the US.
• Organize and coordinate all training sessions and schedules in collaboration with the customer training manager.
• Provide timely weekly reports on customer visits, as well as participate in weekly team conference calls.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in service departments, dealerships, vehicle maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical expertise in Brake Systems/Repair; State or ASE/Master Certifications are advantageous.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
