Technical Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical training sessions at regional and national sales meetings for customers, as well as at trade shows.

• Participate in ride-alongs with customer commercial sales managers to promote and educate clients about brake pads.

• Deliver technical presentations on brake pads to diverse audiences, encompassing both technical and non-technical participants.

• Address and resolve any customer-related issues concerning brake pad fit and functionality during visits.

• Gain insights into the customer's commercial sales initiatives and promotional offerings.

• Foster ongoing relationship development with customers.

• Engage in extensive travel (up to 75%) across various locations in the United States.

• Organize and coordinate all training schedules and sessions in collaboration with the customer training manager.

• Participate in annual internal company training sessions with corporate, R&D, and manufacturing teams.

• Provide timely weekly reports on customer visits and actively engage in weekly team conference calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant on-the-job experience (such as in service departments, dealerships, vehicle maintenance, etc.) or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Technical knowledge in Automotive Brake Systems/Repair - State or ASE/Master Certifications are advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
