📋 Description

• The primary objective is to implement autonomous reasoning processes, facilitate integration through MCP, and manage non-deterministic states.

• **Orchestration of Agentive Flows:** Develop loop logics (Think, Act, Observe) for intricate Supply Chain tasks (such as stockout analysis and recalculating Sell-In) utilizing frameworks like **LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or Bedrock AgentCore**.

• **Implementation of MCP Servers:** Create and expose tools via *Model Context Protocol*, establishing secure connections (APIs) between LLMs and **PostgreSQL, Iceberg** databases and Rule Engines.

• **Reasoning and State Engineering:** Oversee short- and long-term memory, implementing **Thought Signatures** to ensure coherence in multi-step executions (Gemini 3 and Claude 3.5).

• **Tool/Function Calling Optimization:** Develop strict contracts using **JSON Schemas**, implementing fallback and retry mechanisms to reduce hallucinations in external calls.

• **AgentOps Discipline:** Guarantee comprehensive AI observability (including tracing, latency, token consumption, and decision paths) through **LangSmith, Phoenix, or AWS CloudWatch**.

• **Guardrails and Security:** Set up automated safeguards (e.g., **Amazon Bedrock Guardrails**) to prevent hallucinations and block unauthorized actions on master data.

• **Software Engineering:** Solid grounding in **Python or TypeScript**, emphasizing microservices, asynchronous coding, and clean architectural practices.

• **Mastery of Agents and Tool Use:** Extensive experience in connecting LLMs to tools through native Function Calling (**OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini API**).

• **Frameworks and MCP:** Familiarity with orchestrators (**LangGraph, LlamaIndex Workflows, or Semantic Kernel**) and the **Model Context Protocol** standard.

• **Context Management:** Technical expertise in memory persistence and managing large context windows without compromising performance.

• **Non-Deterministic Systems:** Capability to create **Evals (assessments)** and automated tests for probabilistic software, ensuring reliability prior to deployment.
