This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Perform comprehensive technical evaluations of tax returns and documentation for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and corporations.
β’ Deliver tax return summaries to clients while fostering enduring relationships.
β’ Investigate intricate tax issues and offer solutions for resolution.
β’ Keep abreast of updates in tax legislation and procedural changes.
β’ Contribute to the development of the team's technical expertise and quality of work by providing mentorship and training.
β’ Ensure strong client relationships by managing expectations and being prompt in responding to communications and emails.
β’ A bachelor's degree in accounting from a recognized college or university.
β’ CPA or EA certification is required.
β’ At least 5 years of pertinent professional experience.
β’ Background in real estate tax issues and multi-state tax returns is preferred.
