β’ Accountable for executing one or more Payroll & Benefits processes.
β’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of Payroll & Benefits systems.
β’ Assist in crucial HR decisions while offering coverage and support as necessary.
β’ Recognize and resolve operational challenges and facilitate process enhancements.
β’ Advocate for βBest in Classβ service while fostering effective relationships.
β’ Handle benefit/payroll inquiries from employees, managers, and HRM's promptly and professionally.
β’ Consult with more experienced team members regarding issues beyond defined policies/parameters.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
β’ Fundamental experience in Human Resources & Payroll and Benefits Service Delivery.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to document, plan, market, and implement programs.
