Technical Tax Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive final technical assessments of tax returns and documents for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and corporations.

• Offer tax return summaries to clients and nurture ongoing relationships.

• Investigate intricate tax matters and propose solutions for resolution.

• Keep abreast of updates in tax legislation and procedural changes.

• Contribute to the enhancement of team technical skills and work quality by providing mentorship and training.

• Accountable for fostering strong client relationships by managing expectations and being responsive to communications and emails.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.

• CPA or EA certification required.

• At least 5 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Familiarity with real estate tax issues and multi-state tax filings.
