Technical Support Trainee – 3 Months Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Assists in the monitoring, investigation, and resolution of technical issues reported by clients or internal teams.

• Concentrates on incident management, hands-on troubleshooting, data analysis, and identifying patterns across cases.

• Guarantees that issues are correctly diagnosed, documented, and resolved.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Solid understanding of software fundamentals, including programming concepts, APIs, and data flow.

• Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.

• Capability to analyze technical issues in a structured and methodical manner.

• Comfortable working with logs, dashboards, and various technical tools.

• Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation and ticket updates.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Openness to learn about support workflows, escalation processes, and SLA-driven tasks.

• Nice to have:

• Experience from internships, academic projects, or labs that involved debugging or system analysis.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.

• Exposure to monitoring tools, databases, or cloud environments.

• Basic understanding of incident management or support processes.
