Technical Support Specialist – Weekend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Resolve integration challenges related to APIs, data flows, and interconnected systems.

• Identify underlying causes and address production-related issues.

• Examine logs and system performance to diagnose issues effectively.

• Collaborate with developers, consultants, and clients to enhance solutions.

• Oversee support cases and communicate updates clearly and efficiently.

• Participate in testing processes and drive continuous improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using Java, C#, Python, etc.

• A university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Proven dedication to delivering high-quality customer service, exemplified by a history of exceeding expectations in client interactions.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing both technical and business-related challenges.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the skill to troubleshoot issues both efficiently and effectively.

• Self-driven, self-aware, coachable, and a team player with a strong collaborative spirit.

• Experience in working with or providing support for Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Familiarity with Javascript, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, Insomnia, Postman, etc.

• Experience with or a functional understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Exposure to data integrations in HR and/or finance domains.

• Experience with HR and ATS platforms such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse, and BambooHR.

• Additional language proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
