This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver technical assistance to a diverse range of both technical and non-technical clients
β’ Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and debug intricate software and/or network systems
β’ Generate, manage, and resolve support tickets, while escalating issues to other teams when necessary
β’ Communicate significant matters related to personnel, performance, customer perceptions, and project updates to management
β’ Keep precise records of all activities and interactions within Salesforce
β’ Experience in customer support
β’ Hands-on experience as the primary contact or lead for customers via phone and email
β’ Proficient in troubleshooting complex problems
β’ Familiarity with SQL and Windows platforms
β’ Capability to obtain Public Trust clearance
