This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver technical assistance to a diverse range of both technical and non-technical clients
β’ Identify, troubleshoot, repair, and debug intricate software and/or network systems
β’ Create, manage, and resolve tickets, while escalating issues to other teams when necessary
β’ Update management on significant matters related to personnel, performance, customer feedback, and project updates
β’ Ensure accurate documentation of all activities and interactions within Salesforce
β’ Experience in customer support
β’ Proven track record in directly assisting customers as a primary contact or lead via phone and email
β’ Proficiency in troubleshooting complex problems
β’ Familiarity with SQL and Windows platforms
β’ Capability to obtain Public Trust clearance
