This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Competent point of contact for national and international clients and partners in both German and English
• Independently and systematically resolve technical tickets
• Support project managers by preparing system implementations effectively
• Maintain customer data in the CRM system accurately and up-to-date
• Share knowledge and actively contribute to building the internal knowledge database
• Completed training in electrical or energy technology, or a commercial education with a strong technical affinity
• Ideally, have gained initial experience in the field of e-mobility
• Proficient in using a PC (MS Windows and Office)
• Communicate effectively in German and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Open, honest demeanor, along with reliability and teamwork skills
