This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide Tier 3 support by installing, assisting, and addressing technical issues and challenges.
• Create and deliver technical and comprehensive solutions to customer issues, including the management of complex installation projects.
• Manage problem reporting, customer concerns, replication, and resolution.
• Address customer technical inquiries promptly.
• Conduct site visits and participate in conference calls with customers and partners.
• Develop and enhance internal processes to boost support efficiency and productivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing customer support for hardware and software products is required.
• In-depth knowledge and troubleshooting expertise with network equipment and protocols, including IP, L2, and L3 protocols.
• Comprehensive understanding and troubleshooting experience with LAN Switching/routing (STP, MSTP, MLAG, VPC, VRRP, LACP) and IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, PIM), as well as virtualization, EVPN, and VXLAN.
• Proficiency in Linux and scripting.
• Experience with automation tools, specifically Ansible.
• Ability to perform under pressure while supporting high-level customers.
• Familiarity with operating and configuring major vendors’ network equipment, such as switches and routers.
• Skills in analyzing and diagnosing complex networking issues.
• Strong communication and presentation/oral skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
