
Technical Support Specialist, Civil 3D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Address support inquiries through various communication channels
• Record support interactions in a company-wide case management system
• Create concise articles documenting issues and solutions for our knowledge base
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members
• Investigate, confirm, and log product defects
• Oversee a personal queue of support requests
• Manage customer and partner expectations by providing regular progress updates
• Engage in product BETA programs and testing events organized by the product development teams
• Stay updated on enhancements in supported products relevant to the ENI industry
• Advocate for product management and development improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the ENI industry
• Proficiency or familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D software in a production setting
• Experience in Customer Support and Troubleshooting
