This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver phone and email assistance to customers
• Develop and uphold precise, comprehensive documentation
• Diagnose and resolve issues to their root causes
• Serve as an intermediary between operational departments
• Recognize, report, and document technical challenges
• Organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Assist the Engineering team by evaluating software and hardware
• Associate’s degree or valid certification in a relevant field
• Over 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Self-driven to achieve success in a remote work environment
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
