This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exceptional technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Have an in-depth understanding of Skydio drones, controllers, and cloud products.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, representing client feedback to other Skydio teams.
• Utilize clear and empathetic communication to address and resolve issues.
• Participate in regular pre-release product testing and offer constructive feedback.
• Actively engage in developing support processes that improve the customer experience.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to operational excellence.
• 5-7 years of experience in Technical Support specifically related to drones/UAV/UAS.
• Prior customer support experience in sectors such as utilities, transportation/infrastructure, or public safety.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skilled in technical troubleshooting and knowledgeable about triage and escalation processes.
• A genuine passion for drone, cloud, and IoT technologies.
• Experience with multi-channel customer communication methods (phone, chat, and email).
• Familiarity with CRM technology, preferably Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud.
