This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing ScriptPro systems, as well as hardware and computer peripherals.
• Maintaining, upgrading, or replacing software systems while providing hardware support.
• Supporting and managing user account information, including rights, security, and systems groups.
• Keeping up-to-date knowledge of ScriptPro systems.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree in an engineering or technology-related field, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal French communication.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP/7/10/11).
• Required working knowledge of desktop and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with a ticketing or service desk software application and SLA-driven resolution times is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• A positive attitude, motivation, and tenacity are essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• All candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel by air for work-related responsibilities if located outside the area.
