This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Become an expert in the Iterable product.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, Zendesk, and phone.
• Classify customer queries effectively.
• Create and update support documentation.
• Forward issues to Customer Success Managers and the Engineering team as necessary.
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the experience of Iterable customers.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Eagerness to educate new customers about the platform.
• Capability to address product and technical inquiries.
• Enthusiasm for startups, software, and SaaS solutions.
• Prior experience in a B2B technical support position at a SaaS company (Bonus).
• Experience with email, push, or SMS service platforms (Bonus).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, or similar support tools (Bonus).
• Background in using Datadog, Grafana, or comparable tools (Bonus).
• Understanding of APIs, email systems, DNS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or JS frameworks (Bonus).
