This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver remote technical support and provide on-site assistance when necessary.
• Employ problem-solving abilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills to address customer concerns.
• Ensure swift technical responses to customer inquiries, conduct thorough investigations, and actively pursue solutions.
• Oversee multiple customer issues with timely follow-ups and confirmations of resolution.
• Perform service tasks within the USA, with expected travel being less than 10% of the time.
• A Bachelor's degree in chemical, computer, or electrical engineering, or a technical degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 2 years of experience with Computer Server/Client, Networking setup and domains, as well as Virtual Machine usage.
• More than 2 years of experience with MS Windows Client and Server Operating Systems.
• At least 2 years of proficiency in Office365, Outlook, SharePoint, Azure cloud, and various internet browsers.
• Expertise in Infi90, Symphony, Symphony Plus, ABB 800xA, or AC800M (Control Builder) at an advanced level in one of these products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Essential troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies.
• Basic understanding of the Power Generation & Transmission, Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and Utilities & Water industries.
• Familiarity with Business ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Service CRM platforms (Salesforce.com preferred).
