This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide technical support to employees or clients, assisting in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, answering questions, and offering guidance on device and system configurations;
• Respond to requests related to microcomputer support;
• Ensure that customer service deadlines are met;
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment, such as computers, printers, scanners, and other devices;
• Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and applications on computers and servers;
• Collaborate in the implementation of information security measures, such as antivirus, firewalls, and access policies, to safeguard systems and data;
• Assist in data recovery in the event of system failures;
• Train employees or end-users on the proper use of IT systems and equipment;
• Monitor and maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, to ensure effective resource management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of Operating Systems (e.g., Windows and Linux) (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of Office applications (preferred);
• Basic knowledge of Hardware (preferred).
