This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Acquire an in-depth technical comprehension of Cribl Stream and our other offerings.
• Deliver exceptional technical assistance to our Enterprise clients across multiple channels, including Slack, email, online meetings, and more.
• Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and determine solutions to address customer challenges.
• Adhere to established procedures for reproducibility and escalate unresolved matters to the relevant internal teams.
• Provide timely and precise feedback to customers, set realistic expectations, and guarantee proper documentation and resolution of all issues.
• Create and document knowledge through tech notes, articles, and engage in real-time forums (e.g., Slack) for immediate inquiries.
• This role will require standby, on-call, or off-hours responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience supporting enterprise clients or working directly with distributed systems.
• Enthusiastic about tackling complex technical challenges.
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding client-facing capabilities, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Linux, AWS, Azure, and Networking.
• Bonus Points/Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Splunk, Elasticsearch, LogStash, and/or other related observability technologies. Experience with Regex and JavaScript is advantageous.
